Role Overview Capture high-quality screenshots from professional CAD applications while demonstrating realistic expert workflows, annotate interactive user interface elements precisely, and produce clear natural-language task instructions that reflect how an experienced user actually works in the software. The engagement begins with a pilot review period, after which contributors who meet quality standards move into full production. Key Responsibilities • Capture screenshots of professional CAD software during realistic, expert-level workflows. • Annotate interactive UI elements, including buttons, menus, panels, toolbars, and dialogs, accurately and consistently. • Write concise, natural-language task instructions that match expert usage and intent. • Respond to feedback during the pilot phase and revise submissions to meet the project quality guidelines before scaling to full production. Qualifications • Hands-on, professional experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, Revit, Siemens NX, or similar tools. • Strong working knowledge of daily workflows and the user interface in your CAD toolset. • High attention to detail and the ability to follow precise annotation and capture guidelines. • Clear written English sufficient to produce task instructions. • Reliable access to the relevant CAD software required for capturing screenshots. Work Terms • Location requirement, North America, applicants must be located in the United States or Canada. • Employment type, hourly engagement. • The project begins with a pilot phase, during which initial submissions will be closely reviewed. Successful completion of the pilot is required to move into full production. • Detailed onboarding materials and capture guidelines will be provided after you accept the assignment. Compensation Pay rate is between 70 and 90 hourly. Eligibility • Must be located in North America, specifically the United States or Canada. • Must have reliable access to the CAD software you will use to produce screenshots. • Ability to read and write clear English for task instructions.
