Experience:10+ years Duration: 6 months Top 3 Required Skills: 1.RPA/automation 2.Power Automate Desktop 3.Power Automate Cloud flows • Top 3 Preferred Skills: 1.Dataverse, SharePoint, O365, Azure (Key Vault, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage) 2.C#/.NET, PowerShell, Python, VBScript, SQL, REST/JSON, regex. 3.Power Automate (Cloud flows), Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure services, and API/connector ecosystem. • Education Requirements: Masters/Bachelor • Years of Experience: 7-10+ Roles & Responsibilities Required Qualifications • 7–10+ years in solution architecture or RPA/automation engineering, with 3+ years hands-on Power Automate Desktop solutioning at enterprise scale. • Strong command of PAD actions, UI automation, selectors, screen scraping, desktop/web/hybrid app automation, OCR, and error handling. • Proven experience integrating PAD with Power Automate Cloud flows, Dataverse, SharePoint, O365, Azure (Key Vault, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage), and/or enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, mainframe). • Solid understanding of identity & access (Entra ID/Azure AD), environment strategy, DLP policies, ALM (solutions, pipelines), and application lifecycle. • Proficiency in one or more: C#/.NET, PowerShell, Python, VBScript, SQL, REST/JSON, regex. • Experience with DevOps practices (Git, branching, CI/CD), test automation, and observability (logging/telemetry). • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, design reviews, and executive updates. Strategy & Architecture • Own the automation architecture for desktop use cases, including solution blueprints, integration patterns, security, and compliance controls. • Define automation roadmaps, capability models, and reference architectures for PAD and its interplay with Power Automate (Cloud flows), Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure services, and API/connector ecosystem. • Establish governance: CoE-aligned standards, code quality rules, reusable components, exception handling frameworks, logging/telemetry, secrets management, and environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod). Solution Design & Delivery • Lead discovery and process assessment (process mining/fit-for-automation analysis), create solution designs (HLD/LLD), and define non-functional requirements (security, performance, reliability). • Design PAD flows for complex, UI-intensive legacy systems and thin clients, incorporating resilient selectors, surface automation techniques, and robust error recovery. • Integrate PAD automations with APIs, SQL/Dataverse, SharePoint, Outlook/Excel/Teams, and enterprise apps (e.g., SAP, Oracle, mainframe, custom). • Oversee build, code reviews, test strategy (unit, SIT, UAT), deployment orchestration, and hyper care; enforce secure coding and least-privilege patterns. • Optimize for performance (run-time, concurrency), reliability (retry/compensation), and observability (telemetry, dashboards, alerts). Stakeholder & Team Leadership • Partner with business/product owners to translate outcomes into automation epics and stories; prioritize backlog with ROI/feasibility trade offs. • Provide technical leadership to RPA developers and engineer squads; mentor on PAD best practices, selector robustness, modularization, and reusability. • Collaborate with InfoSec, Compliance, and IT Ops on risk assessments, data protection, and audit readiness. Platform & Operations • Define Center of Excellence (CoE) operating model for PAD: environments, solution catalog, component library, reusability, and lifecycle management. • Implement monitoring & analytics for bot performance, SLA adherence, and incident management; drive continuous improvement using insights. • Contribute to licensing optimization, capacity planning (attended/unattended bots), and cost governance. Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
