3Red Partners, a proprietary trading firm, is seeking a C++ Developer to work on high-frequency trading systems. The role involves implementing, testing, and deploying trading system features, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with traders and developers to optimize and improve the trading infrastructure. What You'll Do • Implement, test, and deploy trading system features and tools according to business needs • Monitor low-latency trading system performance and ensure market data and research resource utilization issues are tracked and resolved • Liaise with internal traders and developers to discuss performance optimizations, evaluate ideas, refactor implementations, and monitor updates to OS, libraries, and internal frameworks • Investigate improvements to the trading system and diagnose, debug, and address issues as needed What You Need • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • More than 2 years of relevant work experience • Proficiency in C++ including data structures • Knowledge of third-party libraries such as STL and Boost • Experience with Linux environments and Git • Exceptional problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills Competitive compensation and benefits package including base salary, performance-based bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, 401k plan, commuter and wellness reimbursements, learning and development perks, casual dress code, weekly lunches, and team events
