Stellenbeschreibung Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Buyer Indirect located in Guadalajara, North Campus . Reporting to the Commodity Manager , Indirect Buyer role involves being responsible for coordinates activities involved with procuring direct materials, components and equipment. What a typical day looks like: • Mainteining relations with the suppliers. • Placing orders for necessary raw materials and purchased parts according to the requirements of the production. • Receiving and handling the confirmations. • Checking the purchase orders and modifying them according to the changes in the production plan with the help of the Shortage List and the Open Purchase Order List. • Tracking shipments, urging them if needed. • Regular, weekly check of the stocks, avoiding overstock. • Minimizing the risk of obsolescence with the help of the weekly check of the obsolete report. • Correspondence with the freight forwarders, warehouses, and in case organizing the transportation. • Dealing with claims, settling debit and credit issues. • Assuring all active components according to production needs, in time, for the accord price in the request. • Reviews requisitions and MRP output. • Confers with vendors to obtain product information such as price, availability and delivery schedule. • Orders, reschedules and cancels material based on requisitions and MRP output. • Maintains procurement records such as items purchased, costs, delivery and inventories. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: • BA/BS or equivalent work experience. • Intermediated English level. • Experience Facilities or Engineering Background • Background Finance desirable • Proven track record managing material availability to support production schedules (clear-to-build). • Ability to manage demand changes through push in / push out execution • Strong track record in shortage mitigation and expedite management in fast-paced environments • Demonstrated experience in cost negotiation and cost reduction initiatives What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: • Competitive Salary. • Life & Medical insurance. • Christmas Bonus. • Food Coupons. • Saving Fund.
