TBIPS Category:  B.7    Quantity:  2 Resources  Contract Period:  ASAP – March 2029 (+ 1-year option to 2030)   Location:  National Capital Region (hybrid – 330 Sparks Street, Ottawa + remote)   Security Clearance Required:  SECRET   Estimated Days:  220 days per resource (initial period)    About the Engagement   The Business Transformation Architect (UX Designer/Researcher) will support the digital transformation of Transport Canada's marine safety and security applications. Working across the MITRACK 2.0, PCOCS, and Vessel Registry System workstreams, this role leads user research, UX/UI design, accessibility compliance, and supports development teams with design artifacts and technical guidance. Resources will embed in Agile delivery teams and participate in full sprint ceremonies.
