They are currently searching for a Business Support Sales Analyst to join their team on a long term rolling contract basis You will be based within the product development team working onsite the production plant who are located in the South East Region of the UK *Business Support Sales Analyst Base 37.5 hours per week with overtime available at premium rates after 12 weeks duration £18.06 per hour Limited company / umbrella Business Support Sales Analyst Division: Marketing & Sales Operations Location: Brentwood - Warley Position Description: • Business Support Analyst programming & allocation systems Business Support Analyst • Responsibilities Business Support for Sales Order Fulfilment Tools and Processes • Provide operational support to develop and grow the capability of all Marketing Sales & Service users of the Order Fulfilment suite of tools and processes: • Programming & Forecasting systems: SPCPS, Dealer Wholesale system: Dealer Business Planning, EU Sims, GWS • Sales Scheduling System: OVS / Optessa • Liaison and co-ordination with VOPS IT Team to identify, escalate and chase resolution on application issues affecting Order Fulfilment Business processes • Develop the capability and knowledge of the Order Fulfilment tools and processes to support Business process improvements • Optimize the data integrity in the Order Fulfilment and Sales Reporting applications • Coordinate related User documentation of the listed applications and ensure it is up to date • Develop and publish performance metrics to support process improvement activities • Support user training sessions • Liaison with European Marketing Sales & Service AM and AD organizations • European Programming Team • European Forecasting Team • Material Planning and Logistics • Manufacturing • National Sales Companies • Other Business Units such as AP and MEA Skills Required: • Basic IT understanding or background on how systems work, data is stored and transmitted • Must be capable to read and understand database table structures • Good knowledge in SQL query language to analyse and retrieve data • Good knowledge in all Microsoft Office tools (Access included) • Analytical capabilities • Must be fluent in English a second language is helpful • Communicative person • Good team player with some flexibility in working hours to support UAT and weekend launches if required • Friendly open minded Skills Preferred: • Ideally having knowledge of automotive OTD processes • Ideally having worked in a support function already Experience Required: • IT helpdesk or programming Education Required: • BA, IT or economics Additional Information: • Occasional travel might be required , 2nd foreign language useful Based at Warley or potentially Dunton
