You’ll support a broad mix of stakeholders, from senior leaders through to highly technical and site-based teams, so your ability to build genuine relationships will be key. This role would suit someone who enjoys being proactive, visible and hands-on; someone who is curious about how the business works, keen to learn the data centre environment, and excited by the opportunity to grow with the role over time. Other responsibilities include: Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the COO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and expense management. Coordinate and prepare board reports, operational reports, leadership updates and town hall presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Support meeting rhythms across the Operations function, including agenda preparation, minute taking, action tracking and follow-up. Act as a key coordination point for the wider Operations team, helping ensure priorities, communications and activities remain organised and on track. Support office management, team coordination, events, site activities and wider employee engagement initiatives across key locations. Coordinate travel, logistics and general support for the COO and broader Operations team as required. Consolidate information and prepare briefings for leadership meetings, reporting cycles and key business updates.
