Getlabs’ mission is to save lives by expanding access to diagnostics for everyone. About the Role: We’re seeking a Business Strategy Analyst to join our team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy. You will be a highly-leveraged analytics resource at Getlabs (acquired by Function Health), including everything from foundational data modeling and dashboarding to key business analyses that inform company decisions. You will work across Operations, Finance, Clinical Quality, and Business Development to help the company operate more effectively and scale. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to both: Build and maintain the data that powers the business Use that data to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems You should be comfortable switching between deep analytical work and scrappy execution, and be motivated by seeing your work directly influence decisions and outcomes.
