Ein Tag im Leben Join our team at the   Dispute Lab   based in Warsaw, Poland, where   you'll   have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple countries, tackling a variety of challenges that make every day different. In this role, you will enjoy a high degree of independence, offering you the unique chance to shape your career path.   We are seeking candidates with professional   proficiency   in at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or English.   The Dispute Lab is a dynamic and innovative environment where proactive engagement and collaboration are encouraged, enabling you to learn and develop skills in multiple directions   while contributing to Medtronic’s success . Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: • Working   on process improvements based on data and feedback • Identifying   and addressing root causes of disputes • Presenting insights and improvement results to   stakeholders and   senior   leadership • Supporting   scope   transitions through documentation   and   knowledge   transfer • Collaborating with outsourced partner and supporting performance management • Identifying   automation potential and coordinating automation development • Maintaining QMS/KM documentation and   participating   in quality calibration activities Required Knowledge and Experience: • Experience with transformation or process improvement initiatives • Data analysis skills with the ability to draw and communicate conclusions • P resentation and data storytelling skills • Professional   proficiency   in English plus at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish. • A   „ c an do”   attitude   and adaptability to change • Great team   player Physische Jobanforderungen Die obigen Aussagen sollen die allgemeine Art und den Umfang der Tätigkeit beschreiben, die von den Mitarbeitern in der jeweiligen Position ausgeführt wird.
