Description
We are looking for a Business Planning & Performance Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in turning financial and operational data into meaningful business insights. You will work closely with Finance Business Partners, Accounting and management, building a deep understanding of our business and playing an increasingly important role in performance analysis, planning and decision support. Own and coordinate management reporting, ensuring accurate, relevant and insightful analysis that helps tell the story behind business performance Identify key business drivers, risks and opportunities, turning data into clear and actionable insights Monitor budget versus actual performance and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes Maintain and develop ACMI and Charter business case models and methodologies, evaluate actual performance against assumptions and support decision-making with fact-based analysis Coordinate cash flow forecasting processes, monitor forecast accuracy and provide insights on cash flow trends and potential risks Work closely with Finance Business Partners to continuously improve reporting structures, KPIs, performance measurement and management information Bring together information from different areas of the business to create a clear view of overall company performance Drive improvements, standardization and automation across reporting, planning and analysis processes. Have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related field Have at least 3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, controlling, FP&A, treasury support or a similar role Be comfortable working with financial and operational data and translating it into business insights Understand how business performance is measured and how data supports decision-making Have strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Be curious and business-minded, with the ability to connect the dots, see the bigger picture and ask the right questions Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience would be an advantage.
