This position leads process redesign initiatives, supports implementation of AI and automation tools, and develops training and performance monitoring materials. Highlights • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Lead process redesign and implement AI-enabled and automation solutions. • Develop training materials and support change management for new workflows. • Create dashboards and performance metrics to track process effectiveness. • Required skills include strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication abilities. • Proficiency preferred in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, online survey tools, and AI-enabled business tools. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 3+ years in business process improvement preferred. • Certifications in project management, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or business analysis are beneficial. • Salary range between $90,600 and $166,400 per year. • Supports over 50,000 students, faculty, and staff in the finance and administration division.
