You'll own dashboards, models, reporting workflows, and AI-enabled tooling that give leadership clear visibility into payment performance, margin trends, vendor costs, and operational risk. This role sits at the intersection of payments analytics, business operations, and automation, and connects directly to revenue operations and strategic decisions. This is not an AI engineering role. It's for someone who thinks in systems, learns fast, and uses modern tools to produce sharper, faster, more repeatable analysis. What You'll Do Build and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks covering margin, success rates, vendor costs, routing performance, pricing, and exceptions. Develop forecasting models and scenario analyses around vendor changes, processor decisions, pricing, and operational improvements. Identify recurring reporting and reconciliation tasks that can be automated or templated. Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, surface anomalies, and generate reliable business insights. Partner with Data Engineering, Finance, Product, and Payments teams to improve data quality and metric definitions. Document methodologies and model logic so insights become repeatable operating infrastructure. What We're Looking For 2 to 5 years in business operations, analytics, finance, strategy, payments, fintech, or SaaS. Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets. Hands-on with BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI. Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear analysis and executive-ready recommendations. Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Genuine curiosity about how data, automation, and AI can reduce manual overhead and improve decision-making. Professional fluency in Spanish and English. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Nice to Have Python, R, or scripting experience. Familiarity with payments concepts: routing, settlement, reconciliation, processor economics, or unit economics. Experience with LLMs, anomaly detection, or workflow automation tools. What Good Looks Like Leadership has trusted, real-time
