If you are looking for an entrepreneurial environment where your work directly contributes to a more sustainable and digital energy future,  we invite you to submit your application below. Your Mission: Join us in re-igniting the international energy trading market and leave your mark on how energy traders work!  We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Manager Revenue to act as an impact multiplier for our Chief Revenue Officer. This is a critical role that will work in close partnership with the CRO, CoS and Head of RevOps to drive strategic initiatives, manage key projects, and ensure the seamless operation of the entire revenue organisation.  You will be at the heart of our growth engine, helping to drive forward our sales strategy, optimise our processes, provide day-to-day support, enable cross-departmental alignment, organise revenue management and staff related meetings and enable data driven strategic decisions.   The ideal candidate is a natural leader, an exceptional communicator, and a master of organisation. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, adept at managing complex projects, and have a deep understanding of how to operate an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework to drive measurable success.   Your Responsibilities: Strategic Impact & OKR Management: Partner with the CRO to support execution of the company's revenue strategy. Support the OKR process for the revenue organisation, tracking progress and ensuring alignment across all teams (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations & Customer Success). Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and tangible results. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key liaison between the CRO and other stakeholders, including the executive team, revenue management, and cross-functional leaders. Prepare and deliver high-impact communications, presentations, and reports for various audiences. Ensure a consistent and transparent flow of information throughout the revenue organisation. Project Management & Execution: Lead and manage high-priority projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CRO. Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely and successful delivery. Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track. Operational Excellence: Work with the CRO to optimise the rhythm of the business, including leading agenda planning for key meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through. Your profile: Strategic Background: 5+ years in high-growth tech (Chief of Staff, Business Ops, Consulting or Commercial Lead). Expert Execution: Comfortable working within an OKR framework and being data-driven in problem-solving. Influence: Low-ego confident collaborator; able to influence without authority across all levels. Executive Presence: Expert at communicating complex information in a variety of forms and to varied audiences. Operational Agility: Highly organised under pressure; willingness to travel up to 50% as required to support business needs.   Don't match every single requirement? We still want to hear from you! Our offer  Competitive compensation package, including 28 days of annual leave. Entrepreneurial, impact-driven culture with flat hierarchies and high autonomy. Hybrid & Workation flexibility that balances office connection with the freedom to work from home or abroad. €2,000 annual L&D budget plus 5 dedicated "Level Up" days to fuel your growth (for all full-time employees).
