Highlights • Perform complex financial analysis to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives. • Collaborate with executive leadership, operational leaders, and finance colleagues to design business plans and validate data. • Lead financial analysis related to business plans, operational performance, strategic projects, and ad hoc requests. • Utilize Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook proficiently. • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in a related field preferred. • Knowledge preferred in healthcare reimbursement methodologies, government regulations, university and medical center operations. • Experience with hospital budgeting, cost accounting systems like Strata, and EMR systems such as Epic preferred. • Strong analytical, communication, customer service, and autonomous work capabilities required. • Salary range from USD $90,600 to $166,400 per year. • Work involves collaborating across multiple organizational levels in an academic health system serving over 5.6 million people.
