£60,000 – £80,000 + 10% Bonus + Share Options Drive Change. Improve Businesses. Make an Impact. Hunters’ client is growing through acquisition and is looking for a Business Integration Manager to lead the successful integration of newly acquired businesses across the UK. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with leadership teams to improve operations, implement best practices, and embed new systems and processes. Business Integration Manager The Role • Lead the integration of newly acquired businesses across the UK. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational performance. • Implement best practices and drive operational consistency. • Support and engage teams through periods of change. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Resolve operational challenges and remove barriers to success. • Partner with senior leaders to deliver integration projects from planning through to completion. • Continuously improve the integration approach as the business continues to grow. Business Integration Manager About You • Experience in business integration, operational transformation, business improvement, or change management. • A proven track record of delivering operational and process improvements. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Commercially minded with a practical, solutions-focused approach. • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Happy to travel extensively across the UK, spending approximately three days per week on client sites.
