As an Analyst/Associate Business Development Consultant within our digital wealth management business, you’ll have a strong track record in sales, lead generation, and referrals, and will be working towards QCF Level 4 qualification or have the ability to achieve this within 18 months of joining. Job Responsibilities: • Develop lead generation and referral strategies that support Senior Wealth Managers’ growth goals. • Prospect and engage clients and prospects through multiple channels to identify new business opportunities. • Build trusted relationships by understanding client needs and aligning them to our wealth management solutions. • Partner with marketing to execute campaigns that drive qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness. • Provide timely, high-quality feedback on campaign performance to improve targeting and outcomes. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure efficient handover to Senior Wealth Managers. • Prepare Senior Wealth Managers for client meetings and presentations by supplying relevant insights and data. • Track and maintain lead and referral activity to support consistent pipeline management. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities and inform outreach approaches. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and referrals either within the financial services or wealth management industry, or transferable skills from other industries • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and prospects. • Working towards QCF Level 4 qualification or ability to achieve this within 18 months of joining. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills • Experience collaborating within a team environment to support shared business goals. • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for lead generation and client engagement. • Experience supporting client meeting preparation (for example, organizing materials, insights, and pitch inputs).
