Was Sie erwartet Job Summary The role is responsible for order intake generation by observing and penetrating the targeted industries. This role supports the execution of sales strategies and provide technical support for assigned product line/s. Job Responsibilities • Supervise and support the sales team in achieving targets. • Set and achieve sales goals and monitor performance metrics. • Learn the market trends and frequently identify upcoming project pipeline by offering the right product portfolio. • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies. • Handle key customer accounts and resolve escalations. • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams. • Report sales performance to senior leadership. Qualifications • Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 9+ years of relevant work experience. • Experience in sales team management. • Strong leadership and coaching skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools. • Ability to analyze data and drive performance.
