Business Development Manager - Central/ Eastern Europe (Full time - Remote) "The Collective Ace Group" is a one-stop Service Hub in the Gaming industry, providing the best-in-class services for our clients with all the convenience of a one-stop solution. We are currently looking for a motivated Business Development Manager for European markets to support us with our M&A efforts. In the following role, you will be working closely with our Head of Business Development based in Barcelona and other members of the BD and Corporate Teams. Be able to convert leads into Group members • Leverage your existing network of contacts to create growth opportunities • Be structured and manage deal-flow in CRM • Advocate for  The Collective Ace’s vision and feel comfortable/ at ease conveying it to C-level individuals and Founders in the gaming industry. Be their trusted conversation partner,  able to understand their business needs • Always be aware of industry trends, market developments and changes in your network Qualifications: • At least  3+ years of experience in  the video gaming or tech industry in the area of Business Development or Sales • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/presentation) in English, second language is a plus • Proven track record of building relationships and successfully closing business deals • Ability to integrate rapidly and to work effectively in a global team of professionals • Ability to act fast, be structured, self-motivated and stay focused on delivering goals • Ability to work well independently and with a group • Experience presenting to an executive-level audience is a plus
