Business Development Manager | Remote | 12pm - 9pm An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a growing international business, identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships across a portfolio of industry-leading events. Salary : £40-50k plus commission Location : Remote Hours : 12pm – 9pm What You'll Do • Identify, develop and secure new sponsorship, membership and partnership opportunities across a portfolio of international executive events • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and develop long-term strategic partnerships • Research new markets and identify opportunities to support business growth • Prepare and present commercial proposals and partnership pitches • Work closely with marketing, research and operations teams to onboard new partners • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using the CRM system • Represent the business at industry events and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities Who You Are • At least three years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships or B2B sales • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets • Experience within events, conferences, media or the technology sector is advantageous • Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives • Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills • Proficient with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce • Willing to travel internationally when required Benefits: • 21 days annual leave plus bank holiday • Gym membership • Annual company retreat PM203209 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
