Our company partners with the most ambitious companies around the world creating long-term impact with the work we do. If you want to grow together, work on challenging products and enjoy using the best tools and practices, Nimble is the right place for you! Our Core Values Extreme Ownership: We treat our clients’ business as ours. Bias for Action: Execution is everything. Truth Seeking: We seek truth with intellectual honesty, sharp critical thinking, and fact-driven reasoning. The Opportunity We are seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you will take full ownership of generating net-new business opportunities, building senior client relationships, and driving revenue growth across key markets. You will play a pivotal role in identifying high-potential prospects, understanding their strategic and operational needs, and presenting tailored software solutions that create lasting value - working closely with leadership, Product, and Engineering to bring those solutions to life. This is a hunting role with real autonomy. You will define your pipeline, own your accounts, and have a direct line to the CEO and commercial leadership team. If you thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and have a proven ability to open doors at the C-suite level, this is the role for you. What you will do Lead outbound business development efforts - build and manage a pipeline of net-new enterprise opportunities from scratch, with no inbound support. Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. Develop strategic account plans and maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting. Conduct market research to identify high-potential segments, map buying centers, and define the right approach for each opportunity. Apply Nimble's market positioning to target the right prospects and partners across industries. Engage C-suite and senior operational decision-makers to understand their long-term business objectives and technology needs. Develop technically grounded business proposals that connect client problems to Nimble's capabilities - in partnership with Product and Engineering teams. Contribute to GTM strategy by sharing market intelligence, surfacing patterns across deals, and helping refine how Nimble approaches new verticals. Represent Nimble in senior client conversations and position the company credibly against larger, more established competitors. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Account Management - in a software development services company, SaaS, or technology consulting firm. Proven track record of self-sourced, net-new logo generation. Existing C-suite or senior operational relationships that are genuinely portable. Demonstrated ability to sell complex, consultative engagements where you are selling capability and outcomes, not a packaged product. Strong product and technical sense - you understand how software solutions get built and can engage credibly with both business and technical stakeholders. Comfortable navigating long, multi-stakeholder s
