Job Title – Business Development Advisor Department/Sector – Lettings Job Location – Nottingham Salary and benefit – £14k basic with a £16k OTE The opportunity has become available for a Business Development Advisor at one of our well known letting establishments. You’ll be approaching potential clients from leads to get to know what is key to them in an agent. You’ll offer solutions unique to their requirements to secure business using a soft customer service approach which will lead to you meeting targets and achieving maximum commission incentives. Contract / Hours Permanent, Full Time 37.5 Hours per week, 0700 – 1900 Monday to Friday Key Skills and Experience Required: • Achieving individual monthly targets set • Advertising offers tailored to their needs to gain a maximum customer acquisition • Provide a superb customer service to potential clients • Coordinating and liaising with other departments • Adhere to legal policies and company criteria • Keeping up to date with current client information, marketing and research • Ensure data on in-house systems are kept up to date.
