(English follows) Nounは、ビジネスと他の領域の交差点を創造的に考えることを楽しみながら、不確実かつ野心的なアイデアを具体的なものへと変えていくことに喜びを感じる Business Designer を募集しています。戦略・デザイン・アントレプレナーシップ・実行力等が交わりあう場で、新しいプロダクトやサービス、事業の立ち上げ、あるいは既存の取り組みをより良いものにリデザインしていくこともあります。創造的な課題解決力と緻密なビジネス思考を掛け合わせ、多様な専門性を持つチームを導き、クライアントと直接向き合いながら、「何をつくるか」「どう機能させるか」そして「なぜそれを行うのか」を共にデザインしていきます。 業務内容 プロジェクトチームの一員とし、新しい製品・サービス・ビジネスモデルを構想し、設計し、市場へ送り出す クライアントと協働し、機会創出や課題の整理を行い、得られた洞察を実行可能な戦略へと落とし込む 人間中心設計とビジネス的な分析を活用し、コンセプトを練り上げ、実現可能性を検証しながら反復的に磨き上げる 事業の拡大を支えるファイナンシャルモデル、成長ロードマップ、運営計画等、コンセプト等における経済合理性を策定する 体験、プロダクトやサービスだけでなく、エコシステム・パートナーシップ・ビジネスモデルなどの仕組みもプロトタイプし、実世界での有効性やインパクトを検証する 専門分野の異なるデザイナーと密に連携し、事業戦略とユーザー体験を整合させる クライアントやステークホルダーに対し、成果や提案を信頼感と納得感を持って伝え、共感と推進力をストーリーテリングを通じて生み出す -- Noun is looking for a Business Designer who loves to think creatively about cross-points of business and other areas, turning ambitious ideas into viable impact. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, design, entrepreneurship and execution; shaping new offers, products, and services from zero to launch, and/or evolving them into sustainable, meaningful ventures. In this role, you’ll blend creative problem-solving with rigorous business thinking, guiding multidisciplinary teams and working directly with clients to design both what a business does, how it works, and the why.
