At Schiphol Airport, our Passenger Services operation plays a critical role in delivering safe, efficient and customer-focused services to some of the world's leading airlines. To support our ongoing growth and transformation, we seek an experienced, commercially focused Business Controller to work with our Passenger Services leadership team. The Opportunity As Business Controller – Passenger Services, you will drive financial performance, operational efficiency and strategic decision-making in one of our fastest-growing business areas. You will work closely with operational and commercial leaders to translate activities, workforce dynamics and customer needs into actionable financial insights. You will challenge performance, identify improvement opportunities, support investment decisions and ensure strong financial governance for Passenger Services. This role provides an opportunity to influence business outcomes in a complex, fast-paced airport environment where customer experience, operational excellence and commercial performance intersect. Key Responsibilities Business partnering & performance management Lead the program management activities in different cases from financial and ICT perspective. Act as the primary finance business partner for Passenger Services Operations. Provide operational leadership with financial insights, scenario modeling and strategic recommendations. Translate operational performance into financial impact and identify ways to increase profitability. Challenge assumptions and offer constructive financial guidance to support decision-making. Financial planning & analysis Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning for Passenger Services. Monitor financial performance against targets and proactively identify risks and opportunities. Develop robust business cases and investment analyses to support growth, customer onboarding and operational initiatives. Create workforce and productivity models aligned with operational requirements in close collaboration with WFM. Reporting & Insights Deliver accurate, timely and insightful management reporting. Create dashboards and performance metrics to support operational and financial excellence. Analyze revenue streams, cost drivers, productivity, customer profitability and operational performance. Deliver scenario analyses and recommendations for key business decisions. Governance & Control Ensure compliance with financial policies, reporting standards and internal controls. Support audit activities and maintain strong financial integrity and transparency. Monitor financial risks and support mitigation actions as needed. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting and controls. Leadership & Continuous Improvement Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation and data quality. Champion the dnata Vision, Mission and Values, and contribute to a high-performance culture.   What You'll Bring Experience 8-12 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering. Experience supporting operational businesses with significant workforce and customer-facing activities. Proven track record of partnering with senior operational stakeholders. Experience in aviation, logistics, transportation, hospitality or other operational environments is highly desirable. Experience managing and developing finance professionals is preferred. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. A professional finance qualification is advantageous. Skills & Competencies Analytical and comme
