Join our team as a Business Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Solutions, with a focus on Finance and/or Supply Chain Management modules. Responsibilities • Drive the successful implementation of ERP projects in close collaboration with your team—this includes conducting requirements analyses, facilitating workshops, and designing tailored solution concepts • Independently manage sub-projects and support all phases of ERP implementation • Act as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and our R&D experts • Perform business process analyses for international clients, both within and outside the Würth Group • Develop innovative solutions to enhance our customers’ operational efficiency • Organize and conduct customer workshops throughout the project lifecycle • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and explore modern cloud and AI-based technologies Requirements • Strong interest in consulting and business process optimization • Professional experience in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms) • Project management experience is a plus • Excellent analytical skills and a structured, conceptual approach to problem-solving • Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset • Team player with a high degree of customer orientation • Willingness to travel internationally • Strong IT affinity and technical understanding • University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering • Fluency in German and English is required We offer • Cooperation with a highly qualified and engaged team • Involvement in international IT projects within the Würth Group • Flexible working hours as well as home-office (max. 3 days per week) • Attractive fringe benefits and appealing salary model • Wide range of training and development opportunities
