What You’ll Do: • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents. • Provide legal guidance and support to business clients on corporate, transactional, and litigation matters. • Conduct research and analyze legal issues to support client strategies. • Collaborate with the lead attorney(s) on case preparation, client consultations, and court appearances.
