Description
To strengthen our team at our location in Wietmarschen-Lohne, we are looking for a Business Area Manager EMEA Rosenxt Linegy (all genders welcome) Water Line Integrity, a venture of the Rosenxt Group, ensures the safety, efficiency, and longevity of critical water infrastructure through cutting-edge inspection technology and deep industry expertise. As part of the Rosenxt Linegy brand, we are building a scalable commercial presence to bring our advanced water line integrity solutions to market. As Business Area Manager EMEA Rosenxt Linegy Europe, you take hands-on ownership of building and running our EMEA business on the commercial and operational side – operations, business development and day-to-day delivery. This is a doer/maker role, not a corporate oversight function: you are close to customers, close to projects and close to your team. You win and grow accounts, you make sure our explanation-heavy inspection and integrity services are delivered end-to-end – from acquisition to execution – and you personally drive fast turnaround and outstanding customer satisfaction. You start with a small team and a focused service portfolio, and you grow both as the business grows. You report to and work in close collaboration with the Realization leadership, who set the strategic frame, while you own execution on the ground. What you can expect • Build the Water Line Integrity business from an early stage – hands-on, pragmatic and customer-first – and grow it step by step into a scalable, profitable operation. • Jointly   drive   sales   and   business   development :   identify   target   regions ,   win   new   customers , manage   key   accounts ,   prepare   and   negotiate   commercial   proposals , and   convert   opportunities   into   repeat   business . • Own   the   day-to-day   commercial   and operational   delivery   of   our   explanation -heavy   services   –   from   acquisition   through   project   close -out –   ensuring   fast   turnaround , reliable   execution   and high   customer   satisfaction . • Apply ,   run   and   continuously   improve   the   execution   and   project   processes   for   the   service   portfolio , in   line   with   guidelines   from   Business Field Management and   the   CEO   Realization . • Translate regional goals into concrete commercial tactics – customer prioritization, target accounts, pricing   input   and pipeline management – and deliver against clear targets for order intake, revenue, margin,   utilization   and on-time delivery. • Build ,   lead   and   develop   a   small , high- performing   team ,   growing   it   as   the   business   scales   and   staying   hands -on   alongside   them   rather   than   managing   from   a   distance . • Ensure   consistent ,   value-driven   market   messaging   and   key   customer   communication   for   the   Business Area, in   line   with   regional and   group   guidance . • Proactively   manage   delivery   risks ,   remove   roadblocks , and   act   as   the   first   point   of   contact   for   execution-related   issues   ( scope ,   quality ,   timelines ,   customer   expectations ),   driving   constructive ,   customer-oriented   solutions . • Manage   the   regional Business Area   budget   on a   practical   level   –   forecasting ,   monitoring   and   taking   corrective   action   to   hit   financial   and operational KPIs. • Work closely with application engineering to ensure technical solutions meet commercial requirements and win customer acceptance – without owning research or product development yourself. • Collaborate closely with Business Field Management / CEO Realization, venture incubation management and support functions to align on capacities, priorities and continuous improvement What you bring To   become part of the   Rosenxt   family, you   convince   through a highly motivated, entrepreneurial,   hands-on   and independent way of working.
