This role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements, designing Pega‑based business architecture solutions, facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions, and partnering with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives. The Business Architect also supports change management activities and guides teams through process transitions. Key Responsibilities Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement Lead business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives to align workflows with organizational goals Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs Design and support Pega‑based business architecture solutions Facilitate workshops, interviews, and cross‑functional working sessions Develop business cases and recommendations for proposed enhancements Partner with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives Support change management activities and assist teams through process transitions Here’s What You Need: Bachelor’s Degree required 3+ years of professional experience Hands‑on experience with Pega in business architecture or process design contexts Expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), workflow analysis, and process optimization Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation Familiarity with process mapping and requirements management tools Ability to translate complex processes into clear and actionable insights Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving consensus Bonus Points If: Pega certification (Business Architect, System Architect, or related) Experience with process automation tools Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement frameworks Experience delivering end‑to‑end process transformations Skills in Pega Directly Capture Objectives (DCO) or Business Process Design Eligibility Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen #LI-Platforms     As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland .
