 The&nbsp;Business&nbsp;Applications&nbsp;Solution&nbsp;Consultant&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;hands-on&nbsp;technical&nbsp;and&nbsp;delivery&nbsp;leader. 
 &nbsp; 
 Role&nbsp;is&nbsp;to&nbsp;design,&nbsp;build,&nbsp;and&nbsp;assure&nbsp;end-to-end&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;Business&nbsp;Applications&nbsp;solutions,&nbsp;including&nbsp;Dynamics&nbsp;365,&nbsp;Power&nbsp;Platform&nbsp;and&nbsp;Azure,&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;they&nbsp;are&nbsp;technically&nbsp;sound,&nbsp;business-aligned,&nbsp;and&nbsp;deliver&nbsp;measurable&nbsp;outcomes.&nbsp;Operating&nbsp;as&nbsp;both&nbsp;a&nbsp;trusted&nbsp;advisor&nbsp;and&nbsp;technical&nbsp;lead,&nbsp;the&nbsp;consultant&nbsp;works&nbsp;directly&nbsp;with&nbsp;Red&nbsp;Badger&nbsp;teams,&nbsp;clients,&nbsp;partners&nbsp;and&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;to&nbsp;shape&nbsp;solution,&nbsp;guide&nbsp;implementation,&nbsp;and&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;successful&nbsp;adoption.

  Key&nbsp;Responsibilities  
 &nbsp; 
 &nbsp; 
 1.&nbsp;Solution&nbsp;Design&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Delivery&nbsp;Leadership 
 &nbsp; 
 
 Lead&nbsp;solution&nbsp;design&nbsp;for&nbsp;client&nbsp;engagements&nbsp;across&nbsp;Dynamics&nbsp;365&nbsp;and&nbsp;Power&nbsp;Platform&nbsp;workloads. 
 Translate&nbsp;business&nbsp;aspirations&nbsp;into&nbsp;end-to-end&nbsp;solution&nbsp;blueprints&nbsp;that&nbsp;are&nbsp;scalable,&nbsp;secure,&nbsp;and&nbsp;supportable. 
 Actively&nbsp;participate&nbsp;in&nbsp;hands-on&nbsp;solution&nbsp;development,&nbsp;prototyping 
 Power&nbsp;Apps,&nbsp;Power&nbsp;Automate&nbsp;flows,&nbsp;Dataverse&nbsp;customisations,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Azure&nbsp;integrations. 
 Design&nbsp;integrations&nbsp;and&nbsp;data&nbsp;strategies&nbsp;leveraging&nbsp;APIs,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Dataverse&nbsp;integration&nbsp;. 
 Define&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;architecture&nbsp;documentation&nbsp;(HLD,&nbsp;LLD,&nbsp;integration&nbsp;diagrams,&nbsp;environment&nbsp;models).

 &nbsp; 
 2.&nbsp;Delivery&nbsp;Enablement&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Technical&nbsp;Oversight 
 &nbsp; 
 
 Serve&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;technical&nbsp;authority&nbsp;across&nbsp;projects&nbsp;reviewing&nbsp;and&nbsp;approving&nbsp;solution&nbsp;designs&nbsp;and&nbsp;extensions. 
 Conduct&nbsp;regular&nbsp;solution&nbsp;assurance&nbsp;reviews,&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;with&nbsp;architectural&nbsp;standards&nbsp;and&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;best&nbsp;practices. 
 Work&nbsp;with&nbsp;delivery&nbsp;leads&nbsp;to&nbsp;shape&nbsp;sprint&nbsp;planning,&nbsp;backlog&nbsp;prioritisation,&nbsp;and&nbsp;DevOps&nbsp;pipelines. 
 Mentor&nbsp;consultants&nbsp;and&nbsp;developers,&nbsp;fostering&nbsp;technical&nbsp;excellence&nbsp;and&nbsp;delivery&nbsp;consistency. 
 Troubleshoot&nbsp;complex&nbsp;technical&nbsp;and&nbsp;integration&nbsp;challenges&nbsp;during&nbsp;build&nbsp;and&nbsp;deployment&nbsp;phases.

 3.&nbsp;Client&nbsp;Engagement&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Advisory 
 &nbsp; 
 
 Act&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;trusted&nbsp;advisor&nbsp;to&nbsp;client&nbsp;stakeholders,&nbsp;balancing&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;vision&nbsp;with&nbsp;practical&nbsp;delivery. 
 Collaborate&nbsp;with&nbsp;Red&nbsp;Badger&nbsp;Product&nbsp;and&nbsp;Design&nbsp;teams&nbsp;to&nbsp;run&nbsp;design-thinking&nbsp;and&nbsp;discovery&nbsp;workshops&nbsp;to&nbsp;shape&nbsp;solution&nbsp;options&nbsp;and&nbsp;digital&nbsp;roadmaps. 
 Present&nbsp;architectural&nbsp;recommendations&nbsp;and&nbsp;delivery&nbsp;approaches&nbsp;with&nbsp;clarity&nbsp;and&nbsp;authority. 
 Support&nbsp;Red&nbsp;Badger&nbsp;business&nbsp;development&nbsp;activities,&nbsp;including&nbsp;pre-sales&nbsp;solutioning,&nbsp;estimations,&nbsp;and&nbsp;proposal&nbsp;creation. 
 Articulate&nbsp;solution&nbsp;value&nbsp;in&nbsp;co-sell&nbsp;engagements&nbsp;with&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;and&nbsp;demonstrate&nbsp;alignment&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;Cloud&nbsp;roadmap.
