The Business Analyst Systems and Software; is responsible for the conception, development and implementation of reporting dashboards and analysis solutions. This position takes an active support role in sourcing, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of data through the development of innovative tools, reporting dashboards and well-organized databases. This Business Analyst role within the Customer Delivery Team is challenging and varied and includes the provision of data services to the Europe, Middle East & Africa region such as the Executive Information dashboard, performance charts and departmental performance monitoring tools.
