Knowhow / Areas of Expertise of the Provider Expertise in European payroll legislation, ideally Germany and/or Slovenia Fluency in written and spoken English (required) SAP HR expertise on the Time and Payroll modules (more than 10 years) for configuration SAP HR expertise: knowledge of the main infotypes of administrative management, time management and payroll, ability to produce a payslip, use of time management and payroll Functional expertise in human resources Technical expertise in SAP HR, particularly time management and payroll Good knowledge of ABAP Skills in coordination and team management Purpose of the Service The Agile Business Analysis service is part of strengthening the DIR Time & Payroll team.The objective is to support the Time & Payroll configuration team in the analysis and processing of anomalies, as well as in the design and implementation of user stories. Main Tasks Animate Design workshops with the business teams Analysis, design and implementation of User Stories and their acceptance criteria, with payroll and time management expertise Execution of unit tests and regression tests during deliveries Operational support for products in production (anomaly analysis, investigation, resolution, contact with business teams) MANDATORY Fluent in French and English
