What the job is about n As a Business Analyst, you are the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, transforming customer goals and challenges into structured business and functional requirements. Your role spans the full lifecycle of projects, from preparation and design to delivery and post-go-live support, ensuring solutions align with stakeholder expectations and industry standards. n Your responsibilities will include: Business Process Analysis and Design: u2022 Mapping and analyzing current business processes and designing future-state processes. u2022 Developing and maintaining business process models. u2022 Proposing process improvements and assessing their organizational and technical impact. n Requirements Gathering and Analysis: u2022 Identifying, analyzing, and translating stakeholder needs into structured requirements. u2022 Conducting workshops to refine and validate requirements with stakeholders and end users. u2022 Collaborating with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. u2022 Assisting Product Owners at customer side in managing and prioritizing the project backlog. n Project Implementation and Support: u2022 Supporting solution delivery through validation of functional analyses, enhancement requests, and ticket resolutions. u2022 Participating in scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. u2022 Communicating project progress, changes, and challenges to stakeholders, providing regular reports. u2022 Refining requirements, assigning tasks to customers, and offering support on these. u2022 Gathering and mapping data, validating test cases, and preparing solution handovers. n Product-Specific Context: u2022 Ensuring detailed documentation of product requirements, striving towards a generic fit. u2022 Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment. Monitor Business Needs u2022 Follow evolving business needs and anticipating their impact on systems and processes. Business Processes u2022 Creating and maintaining updated business process models. u2022 Propose process improvements and analyze impact on organization and systems. n Business Analysis u2022 Identify, analyze, understand, and describe the needs and expectations of both customers and the business. n Share Business Analysis with stakeholders u2022 Prepare enhancement requests from a business perspective. u2022 Interact with end users, key users, and SMEu2019s in requirements definition, refinement, and validation processes. u2022 Support the customer in validating functional analysis, change requests, managing handovers, resolving tickets, etc. u2022 Gather and structure information and data from the customer to submit to the Sofico/project team. n Your skills and interest n You are analytical, detail-oriented, and excel at translating complex business needs into actionable solutions. Your proactive approach ensures that processes and systems are efficient, aligned with industry trends, and scalable for future needs. What else is expected: u2022 Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in a tech-driven or software development environment. u2022 Experienced in business process modeling, and requirement elicitation and documentation. u2022 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. u2022 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in participating in Scrum ceremonies. u2022 Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain alignment across stakeholders. u2022 Experience with tools for process modeling, requirement tracking, and project management (e.g. Jira). n n What we offer n We would like to welcome you to an international and multicultural company that has been operating for over 30 years and is doubling in size every 5 years.
