Join our Luxembourg team to support our clients in their digital transformations
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and process improvements.
• Support stakeholders in defining functional specifications and use cases.
• Translate business needs into clear technical or operational solutions.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and process optimization.
Candidate Profile:
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in financial services, IT, or consulting projects.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working in structured, multicultural environments. Understands the importance of following established methodologies and frameworks.
