Description
We are looking for a driven Business Analyst to strengthen the IAM Operations team of a leading banking and insurer in Belgium. In this role you are the bridge between business and IT, with a strong focus on the operational side of Identity & Access Management. The emphasis leans towards a business-oriented profile rather than a pure IT analyst. You'll join a team responsible for managing and controlling access rights within a complex and wide-ranging IT environment. Roles & Responsibilities Operational management: You work primarily with SailPoint IdentityIQ, the central tool for identity governance and access management. Your focus is on operational management rather than development. Data & role modeling : You are involved in data modeling and defining business roles to manage access rights efficiently and securely. Controls & follow-up: You run controls on the processes within IdentityIQ, such as the joiner-mover leaver process, and carry out the necessary clean-up actions to safeguard data quality. Recertification campaigns: A key part of your work is managing the annual access recertification campaigns, in which access rights for more than 2,000 applications are validated each year, largely through Excel-based workflows. Stakeholder management: You have frequent contact with the business, application owners and other technical teams to align and optimise the IAM processes. Requirements Mindset: You have a strong analytical and logical way of thinking. A business-oriented profile with a solid IT background is ideal. IAM knowledge: You have a good general understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, in particular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Technical foundation: While you don't need to program, a basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g. Active Directory, Oracle) is required. Tooling: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ is a major plus. Familiarity with comparable environments at other large banks or insurers is also valued. Languages: You are fluent in Dutch or French, and English. The working mode is hybrid: 2 days/week onsite in Brussels.
