We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst Expert specialized in electronic reporting for business customers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with IT, supporting product strategy, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and project management. Function Description • Identify business needs, trends, and competitive landscape. • Define product strategy and propose product/service improvements. • Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria. • Act as the interface between stakeholders and project management. • Translate business needs into IT requirements, ensuring alignment. • Define the business scope, target operating model, and interfaces (Business and IT). Language Requirements • Dutch: Good spoken communication skills • French: Strong spoken communication skills • English: Strong written and spoken communication skills Education • Master’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent through experience. Required Experience & Knowledge • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience . Technical Experience Mandatory: • Strong knowledge of technical aspects of electronic reporting (e.g., Coda, CAMT). Preferable: • Broader expertise in electronic reporting standards and tools. Business Experience Mandatory: • Expert in electronic reporting products for business clients (e.g., Coda, CAMT). • In-depth knowledge of the Belgian banking industry (players, trends, regulations). • Proven experience in business analysis with strong ability to translate complex business topics into IT deliverables.
