To drive business process improvements, the full-time remote Business Analyst will develop, research, and implement system changes while acting as a subject matter expert to document business impacts and requirements. Key responsibilities • Evaluate and document business process changes and their impacts • Conduct interviews and research to gather stakeholder requirements • Provide training and post-implementation support for new procedures Required qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research, and analytics • Experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis • Proficiency in business process analytics using Excel and flowcharting • Understanding of IT systems and their impacts on business processes
