We are looking for a dynamic Business Analysts with a Top Secret / SCI with CI Poly or higher clearance to join our team. The Business Analysts will work with project managers and technical team to transform stakeholder requirements into precise, actionable specifications to enable the team to build out solutions or complete enhancements. We are proactively building a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities that may arise. Responsibilities The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and technical team to define requirements, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria. Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, communicating progress, and recommending actions. Support change analysis, impact assessments, and coordination with developers, data scientists, SMEs, and QA teams. Plan and support UAT to confirm delivered capabilities meet requirements. Identify gaps, conflicts, and ambiguities in requirements early; drive resolution before they cascade into delivery risk. Develop strategic plans and identify areas for process improvements and more efficient business practices. Requirements An active Top Secret / SCI clearance with CI Poly or higher. Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent fields required. Minimum 2 years relevant business analysis experience supporting technical teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate multi-functionally and improve scalability. Experience conveying highly technical concepts and information in written/verbal form to technical and non-technical audiences. The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects is essential. Strong self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be a team-oriented individual, energetic, result & delivery oriented, with a keen interest on quality and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work in an agile environment. Desired Skills Experience working with teams that have deployed and operated applications using IaaS and PaaS on major cloud providers, such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Services. CCBA, CBAP, or Agile Certification preferred. Benefits CATHEXIS offers competitive compensation packages to all eligible employees.
