Closing On : Oct 31, 2024 Salary : Euro 60000 – 80000 Yearly Company : Optimus IT Services Key Responsibilities • Analyze and comprehend business processes, systems, and requirements to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and optimization. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to gather and document user requirements effectively. • Translate user requirements into comprehensive functional specifications to guide software development and implementation. • Conduct thorough gap analysis to detect discrepancies and recommend suitable solutions. • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and insights that support informed decision-making. • Develop and uphold documentation standards, including user manuals and system documentation. • Perform user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality aligns with requirements. • Provide responsive end-user support and training, addressing queries and concerns related to system functionality. Qualifications and Requirements • Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Functional/Technical Analyst or in a similar role. • Strong analytical prowess and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices. • Knowledge of Atlassian applications Jira and Confluence is advantageous. • Expected to be on-site for a minimum of 3 days a week. • Motivated and passionate about learning, sharing, helping, and delivering results.
