The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing service communications and tracking issue resolution through completion using Agile practices and tools. The Business Analyst will also work with the government and team members identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for service delivery improvement and new technology implementation. The Business Analyst will support the overall contract team in issue prioritization, management reporting, and cross team coordination.
