Description
As the Business Analyst for Front-End Channels, you will bridge the gap between user needs and execution, ensuring Renmoney’s mobile app and web platforms deliver intuitive, seamless, and high-performing user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to gather business requirements, drive data-driven decisions, and support sprint delivery. You will also act as the Scrum Master for the Mobile/Web Squad, owning the Agile delivery process end-to-end. This role is central to achieving business growth by improving user conversion, increasing engagement, and delivering best-in-class digital experiences Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and user requirements. Translate them into actionable user stories and BRDs. Agile Delivery: Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Manage Jira backlog, velocity tracking, and delivery timelines. Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior (e.g., click-through rates, session flows, drop-off points) via Firebase and internal dashboards to uncover UX gaps and insights. User Journey Optimization: Map and optimize digital journeys across mobile and web, targeting friction reduction and improved conversion rates. Documentation: Create and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, flowcharts, and decision logs using Confluence or Notion. Product QA/UAT Support: Coordinate UAT sessions and ensure new features meet business requirements and regulatory standards. UX/Design Collaboration: Partner with Product Designers to review wireframes, improve UI flows, and implement features like searchable dropdowns and better onboarding states. Market Monitoring: Benchmark competitor UX patterns and trends to inform feature improvements and innovation Requirements Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or similar roles within fintech, e-commerce, or digital platforms. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Certifications in Agile/Scrum or Business Analysis are a strong plus. Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Excel and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). SQL and Firebase experience preferred. Documentation Tools: Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Balsamiq or similar tools. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, strong facilitation skills, and excellent verbal and written communication. Agile Experience: Proven experience running Agile ceremonies and managing sprint cycles in a cross-functional product squad.
