Onsite required as there is a lot of business facing interaction. Position and/or Project Description: Looking for two (2) Business Analysts to join the Nuclear Business Technology team to help with requirements management, workshop facilitation, presentations, business analysis, etc. for the NBT program. Desired Education/Certifications: Certified Business Analyst professional; Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science; and/or equivalent. Mandatory Experience 5+ yrs in BA role for delivery of software Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills Desired Experience: Understanding of User Centered Design and Business Architecture principles High adoption rates of new technologies Business Process Modeling Experience Journey Mapping Understanding of modern technologies and architectures. Deliverables : Planning documentation Requirements elicitation Use Case documentation Testing materials (e.g. scripts, scenarios, etc.) and Acceptance criteria Requirements management Job Aids Workshop facilitation Documentation of complex business concepts Review and analysis / recommendations of documentation Journey Mapping Business Process Modeling
