The Business Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that the firm’s technology and process solutions are aligned with the operational and strategic needs of the legal teams and business services functions. This role is responsible for analysing business requirements, mapping processes, and supporting the delivery of technology initiatives and change that enhance efficiency, service quality, and colleague experience across the firm.Acting as a trusted advisor between IT and the wider business, the Business Analyst ensures that new solutions, system enhancements, and change initiatives are informed by a deep understanding of colleague needs and legal workflows. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and an ability to translate complex requirements into actionable recommendations.
