The role Due to continued growth, our Oxford office is looking to appoint a senior level Building Surveyor to play a key role within our Energy Consultancy team, working alongside engineers, project managers and CAD technicians. This is a senior technical and delivery-focused role, combining traditional professional Building Surveying services with specialist work in the energy and utilities sectors. You will lead complex commissions, manage client relationships, and support the development of junior surveyors, while remaining hands-on and project focused. Lead and manage complex projects. Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams. Provide senior technical input and problem solving on complex projects. Support and mentor graduates and junior surveyors. Ensure compliance with statutory and health & safety requirements.
