To Apply for this Job Click Here Building Services Engineering (Grade 5, Temporary) Location: Galway Contract: Temporary (ASAP – 30th September) Overview: Our client is seeking a Building Services Engineering professional to provide short-term support across their Buildings & Estates function. This role will assist with project coordination, contractor management, and maintaining essential building services during a busy operational period. Key Responsibilities: • Support delivery of small to medium projects across buildings and estates • Coordinate contractors, schedules, site access, and project documentation • Assist with infrastructure upgrade programmes and operational works • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external service providers • Support inspections, compliance documentation, and maintenance tracking • Assist with planning and coordination of planned shutdowns and critical works Requirements: • Experience in project coordination, facilities, construction, or technical environments • Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills • Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks • Knowledge of health & safety, RAMS, and site processes • Proficient in Microsoft Office and systems (e.g. helpdesk / maintenance tracking) • Flexible to support occasional out-of-hours works if required Desirable: • Experience in building services, M&E, or infrastructure projects • Exposure to complex or multi-site environments • Familiarity with asset management or maintenance systems Additional Info: This is an urgent requirement for a hands-on, organised professional who can quickly integrate into a busy team and support ongoing projects from day one.
