Performs general building and grounds maintenance. NOTE: Shifts for this position are primarily night shifts. Requirements: • High school graduate with two years trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience preferred. • Minimum of two years' experience in commercial building maintenance with expertise in one or more of the following: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs. Hourly pay rate: $20.70 to $24.64 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
