The Company: At Super Soccer Stars Brooklyn, our mission is to provide the highest-quality soccer experience for young children by creating a fun, engaging, and supportive environment where every child can thrive. We believe every child is an athlete, regardless of experience or ability, and we're committed to helping them build confidence, develop fundamental soccer skills, and foster a lifelong love of movement and physical activity. Through positive coaching and age-appropriate instruction, we strive to instill healthy habits, teach valuable life skills, and create memorable first experiences with sports for every family we serve. The Position: We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Brooklyn Lead Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities, while ensuring safety for all. This position is ideal for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, child development or a career in coaching. Coaches can work *5-15 classes a week. Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success And finally, our coaches have a blast. They strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars provided Coaching curriculum.
