You’ll attend stricken vehicles at the roadside or customer premises, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs. Key Responsibilities • Administer job acceptance, ETA, ETC, and job completion via app • Attend stricken vehicles at roadside or customer premises • Diagnose and rectify all types of faults • Liaise with customer fleet admin, recovery agents, and escort vehicles to depot • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to VOSA standard • Liaise with parts department to attain parts • Complete job cards and service sheets in a timely manner • Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to What You’ll Need • Experience attending HGV & PSV roadside breakdowns • Excellent customer service skills • HGV and PSV licence (desirable but not essential) • Technical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ) or proven experience • Experience in commercial vehicle workshop Sound like you?
