Each unit comes fully equipped with toilets, kitchens, and eco-power from generators and solar panels. When something goes wrong (because even the best kit has its moments), that’s where you come in. The Role As a Breakdown Controller, you’ll be the first point of contact when our customers need support. One minute you might be dispatching an engineer to site; the next, you’re guiding a customer through a quick generator reset or organising a replacement kettle. You’ll use your organisation skills, customer focus, and calm-under-pressure approach to make sure our clients stay up and running with minimal downtime.
