Experienced Brewmaster, Technical Director, Project Manager with over 30 years of international experience in large-scale and mid-sized breweries looking for new challenges on an full time, interim, project-based, consulting basis — also available for vacation or sick leave coverage.
Profile & Core Expertise:
Overall technical responsibility in breweries and beverage production
Process optimization from brewhouse through filtration and packaging
Project leadership for commissioning, optimization, and restructuring
Quality management, troubleshooting, and process stabilization
Recipe development
Leadership of international teams and staff training
• Experience with international brands (e.g., Moretti, Amstel)
