My client is a financial services company and looking for a Brand & Media Operations Manager roles. Job Description Develop the brand positioning and messaging across all digital channels, ensuring a consistent and professional image for trading products. Manage relationships with global financial media and industry-specific platforms to secure high-tier exposure and strengthen brand authority. Build and operate a comprehensive content ecosystem across platforms like Telegram, YouTube, and TikTok, focusing on market insights and educational content. Drive user acquisition by designing conversion paths from social communities to account opening and deposit through engaging online activities. Coordinate with KOLs and partners to ensure compliant messaging while tracking data metrics to optimize channel efficiency and content performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in branding, media relations, or content operations. Deep familiarity with the global social media ecosystem and community-driven conversion strategies. Strong understanding of trading products, including FX/Gold trading, copy trading, and IB business models. Proven ability to plan and execute comprehensive content strategies while analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.
