This is a standout opportunity to lead brand activation across our most iconic brands — Rama, Flora, ProActiv, Delma and Liga— in the Hungarian market. As our Brand Manager, you’ll own the full marketing agenda for your region, driving strategy and execution across the 6Ps. From insight-led campaigns to innovation launches, packaging development and commercial alignment, you’ll be at the heart of our growth engine.
You’ll report to the Group Brand Activation Manager EE and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, RGM, Category, R&D and Customer Marketing. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, agility and delivering results — and is ready to grow with the brands.
Key responsibilities include:
Brand Strategy & Growth
Build and implement brand strategies aligned with local and global direction
Develop consumer-first growth plans across the 6Ps, rooted in insight and market trends
Lead new product development and go-to-market plans, ensuring timely and impactful launches
Oversee portfolio performance and RGM initiatives to drive profitability and reduce complexity
Prepare selling stories for new product development and retailer engagement
Define brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Develop seasonal and thematic activations (e.g., holiday recipes, sustainability campaigns)
Represent brand plans to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
Lead development of business cases for new products, campaigns and line extensions
Performance, Budget & Activation
Monitor brand performance using KPIs and market data (e.g., Nielsen, YouGov, Kantar)
Use data to drive decision-making and establish scorecards across functions
Manage A&P budgets with a focus on ROI across media, digital and in-store activations
Track marketing budgets and manage vendor relations
Report campaign performance and assess impact against business goals
Own the full P&L for your brands and countries
Product & Packaging Development
Support development of new products and line extensions
Assist in packaging design and updates, ensuring compliance with food regulations
Coordinate sensory evaluations and taste tests with internal teams or agencies
Work with legal and regulatory teams to ensure packaging and communications meet safety and labelling laws
Manage updates to nutritional information, ingredient lists and claims
Marketing Campaign Execution
Plan and execute ATL (TV, radio, print) and oversee BTL (in-store, sampling, events) campaigns
Collaborate with digital teams on social media and influencer marketing
Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement and ROI
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, RGM, Category and R&D teams
Align brand and commercial strategies for product launches and availability
Partner with external agencies (creative, media, PR) and suppliers
Consumer & Market Insights
Conduct consumer and shopper research to identify growth opportunities
Translate insights into compelling brand propositions and strategic initiatives
Analyse market data to track brand performance and category dynamics
Monitor competitor products, pricing and promotional strategies
Project Leadership
Lead and coordinate projects across departments with agility and ownership
Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and innovation pipelines
